The other day was my husbands birthday, originally we had decided to not do anything but I felt i just had to at least bake him cupcakes. This was no easy task considering our house is in shambles since we are in the process of moving and our kitchen is a disaster. So I looked in the kitchen grabbed the few eggs we had left, the jar of peanut butter, and a box of splenda and the few other ingriedients I had managed to pull together and this is what came of it a chocolate espresso cupcake with a peanut butter filling and a peanut butter maple frosting adorned with a slice of a reeses cup. Luckily I got all of this done just in time for when he got home from work a bigger mess in the kitchen but well worth the taste.
